As co-founder of Sydney-based property management agency Property Alchemy – it is my goal to ensure our clients – both property investors and tenants, experience property management services well beyond their expectations.

In a real estate career spanning more than 16 years, I have held senior, national management roles with McGrath, LJ Hooker and co-founded industry start-ups including Rent360.

Property Alchemy is the genesis of this experience and is now, one of Australia’s most comprehensive and professional, yet highly-personal and approachable property management agencies.

Our approach is not complex.

We offer a level of service to our clients that is a quantum leap from the ‘busy work’  some property management agencies choose to call service.

In addition to working in close consultation with our client investors and engaging in careful and considered tenancy selection and management, we bring some of the industry’s leading technology to provide timely and detailed reporting and market intelligence to our clients to ensure they are always informed.

Extending on property management services, our experience and market contacts also allow us to offer clients a range of value-added partner services to ensure seamless, end-to-end property transactions. From searching and securing new investment properties, to bringing database buyers to clients seeking to sell their investments, we offer full-range services for clients who want more than property management.

Overall, our approach is couched in the firm belief of the monetary, and indeed, personal outcomes investment property brings.

From a personal point-of-view, I make it my responsibility to identify the best opportunities from investment to tenancy selection while mitigating and carefully managing risk along the journey.
